Second Kingdom
is about the neatest thing I've found online since RoseWood was an IRC channel!

Well of course online chat is always great. Since IRC, many graphical chat programs and worlds have come along and I've been a member of all of them at one time or another. But I always cancel them sooner or later. EXCEPT Second Kingdom! The people there are so friendly, and the graphics are so beautiful, and the Imaginary Reality that we all share (and help create!) is magical and mystical and also lots of fun!

If you like Magic and Faeries and good friends and Quests, but you don't like having to repeatedly kill monsters over and over until you get carpal tunnel syndrom, then Second Kingdom is for you! You can be a Human Villager or Sorcerer, Elf, Faerie, or Troll, or even a Pet. You can customize your Avatar (that's the little cartoon that represents you in the Kingdom) in hundreds of different ways, and with your account you even get a little house you can decorate and entertain in. If you want to become a Warrior you can participate in quests. Or you can just hang around the castle gates and talk to people (er, and other things... :) ) from all over the world.
